Yeah it proves that a ninja skilled at infiltration can work as a saboteur and whipe an entire village out far more easily than a battalion of orochimaru thugs.

it's not how powerful your ninjutsu is, but how you use it, Genma is the most realistic ninja in all of naruto, using infiltration and sabotage tactics.
